About the role
Comet is growing its Microsoft 365 practice and looking for a senior consultant who can own complex client engagements end-to-end. You will work directly with mid-market organizations navigating Microsoft 365 migrations, governance buildouts, and adoption programs. Expect high client visibility and a strong team behind you.
What you'll do
- Lead Microsoft 365 migration and modernization projects (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Design tenant architecture, governance policies, and identity configurations in Entra ID
- Develop PowerShell automation for provisioning, reporting, and compliance tasks
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, produce technical design documents, and present to executive sponsors
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal practice development
What we're looking for
- 5+ years hands-on Microsoft 365 administration or consulting experience
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Entra ID
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for M365 administration
- Experience with Microsoft 365 migration tools (IMAP, cutover, hybrid, third-party)
- Excellent client communication skills — you can translate technical detail for non-technical stakeholders
- Microsoft certifications preferred (MS-100, MS-102, or equivalent)
